Press Release Summary: New Gateway, Encoder and Receiver deliver and receive
HD-quality TV, video and multimedia content via IP

Press Release Body: London, 29th January 2008: Exterity, a specialist in network
IPTV, will demonstrate its range of High Definition (HD) IPTV products at this
year's ISE exhibition. Working together or as a stand-alone solution, the new
products will deliver and receive HD-quality TV, video and multimedia content over
Internet Protocol (IP) to any HD compatible end point. All products are ideal for
the corporate, education and hospitality environment and are available immediately
from a range of Exterity partners.

The idaptor HD DVB-to-IP Gateway facilitates the distribution of live broadcast TV
across any network. The idaptor HD MPEG Encoder connects any consumer, professional
and broadcast equipment to a local area network as well as encoding and streaming
HD-quality video to every HD-ready product on the network. The new idaptor HD IPTV
Receiver will form the link between any HD TV or display and the network, enabling
the delivery of HD quality TV channels, video or information services.

"High Definition is set to become main-stream over the next few years and as a
result we wanted to provide our partners and their customers with access to a range

Exterity will also demonstrate its existing range of gateways, MPEG encoders and
set-top boxes at this year's show, together with its avedia range of software
applications which allow users to view, record and replay live TV directly to a
desktop or laptop PC.
